Controlling pain is an important part of coping with recovery, long-term healing, or managing chronic pain. Pain is highly individual and subjective, and only you know the full experience of what your pain is like. While there is no one "magic bullet" solution to controlling pain effectively, you can consult with your doctor and try a range of approaches to tailor pain relief that works for your own pain.
